good chickpea+spinach recipe

This recipe for garbanzos y espinacas, the typical dish from Sevilla, is really good: I also added ground black pepper, onion, green pepper, and a little tomato. I didn’t boil the spinach first; I just added it to the mixture when I added the cooked chickpeas. Though it’s a little more time-consuming to fry and mash up bread and garlic, it’s definitely worth it. It makes all the difference!
